SUMMARY:

A Canadian Management Consulting Company specializing in the implementation of sustainable performance improvement initiatives is in expansion mode and seeks Project Managers with extensive experience managing large scale client engagements/implementations from inception to completion. Must possess the ability to operate effectively at all levels of the client’s hierarchy and have a successful track record of delivering operational improvements for Fortune 1000 Companies, such as enhanced productivity, reduced manufacturing cycle time, reduced material waste, etc.

SCOPE OF REPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of Sr. Process Consultants on a client project, implementing processes and systems that generate sustained operational performance improvements

• Develop project layouts and implementation plans

• Define measurements for tracking project results

• Mentor and coach Sr. Management Consultants

• Ensure projects meet delivery commitments on schedule and within budget

• Manage senior-level client business relationships that remain commercially viable and yield references, referrals and additional assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field

• More than 5 years and less than 15 years of experience in the management consulting industry.

• Ability to quickly ascertain the status of a project and define a course of action if it’s off-schedule

• Strong understanding of Productivity Improvement methodologies

• Excellent senior client management and presentation skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
