Title: Recruiting Administrator – Global Management Consulting Firm

The Company

The Client is a global management consulting firm. They take a pragmatic ‘coal face’ approach to performance improvement. Their work spans strategy to procurement, revenues and costs to organisational culture, debottlenecking and safety through to training and ‘wiring’.

The Role

The Recruiting Administrator will work with the Global Recruitment team, providing high level administrative support to the Americas (North & South) and European Recruiting teams. This role will suit an intelligent individual with an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. The successful candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills & attention to detail, a strong customer service attitude, outstanding time management skills and be a self-starter. This is an opportunity to utilise exceptional organisational skills in a team that will truly value strong support whilst gaining broad exposure to the Recruiting function in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Providing broad administrative support to Recruiters in all aspects of the recruitment process

• Coordination of the entire recruitment process, including:

o Uploading Personal details into Internal Database (Netsuite)

o Scheduling interviews and tracking follow-up

o Taking responsibility for ensuring that all details in Netsuite are up to date and accurate – this includes staying in touch with parked candidates to ensure relationships are maintained and individuals are progressed efficiently through the recruitment process when appropriate

o Managing correspondence e.g. rejection letters

o Liaising with agencies as required

o Running recruiting reports – reformatting in Excel for viewing by Principals

• Acting as a central point of contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring that the interviewing process is seamless

• Updating recruiting database, generating exception reports, ensuring data integrity and actively following up on all exceptions

• Actively seeking opportunities to improve recruiting processes, including the overall experience of our candidates from start to finish

Qualifications:

Essential

• Previous administrative experience, which must have involved supporting multiple people or work streams

• Experience working in a demanding environment, preferably a professional services or blue chip organisation

• Proven interpersonal and organisational skills

• University or college degree

• Computer literate; proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and an ability to learn additional software quickly. Whilst an advanced knowledge of MS Excel is not required, there is a need to be familiar with the software and able to format reports, making them more readable for others

• High level of written and spoken English

Desired

• Administrative experience gained in a corporate recruiting environment

Hours

9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday although a reasonable amount of flexibility is required due to Global calls.
