Wanted Performance Improvement/Change Management freelance consultants for an underground mining project in Mexico. Project commences at the end of Jan 2012. Candidates should be Senior Consultants with knowledge of Spanish. Our client help clients achieve their objectives through improved performance and resource utilization. Working with every level of management, our client focuses on all organizational and cultural issues, with a special emphasis on alignment, developing accountability, and leadership at the employee and front-line management levels. Using our proprietary approach, our client consistently transforms organizations into high-performance, results-oriented units while delivering a guaranteed gain in performance.

Our client is currently undergoing an expansion and is looking for talented individuals seeking a career in performance improvement to join its management consulting practice.

Consultants work closely with the client’s managers and supervisors to become more effective and, as a result, help them achieve both personal and organizational goals and objectives. In addition to side-by-side coaching, consultants help the final client identify root causes to operational issues, and help management develop tools and solutions to increase performance and profitability.

The position requires extensive travel. Associates depart on Sunday night or Monday morning and return Friday afternoon.
